Ideal Protein Saskatchewan

I signed up with Ideal Protein in February 2013, lost 18 pounds and have been very successful to keep it off. I gained a few pounds back this summer so am going to get right back at it to take those pounds off. This site with these great recipes will be a great help. This is the only diet ever, that I have had such great success.......LOVE it!! Having a great coach is also a huge help and I have the greatest!

I started ideal protein diet 6 days ago and need healthy alternative to eating

We are qualified coaches, bilingual, certified, with a lot of knowledge for our clients. We pride ourselves with the success rate of our clients using the Ideal protein method. We help our clients on the maintenance for as long as they need us by encouraging to stay in touch and come in to monitor their body fat/lean mass ratio as often as once a week if they so chose. We are proud to announce that we have also joined forces with Meme's Sewing Basket to raise funds for the new Children's Hospital in Saskatchewan. We carry aprons of all sizes, from the tiny tots to xx large. We also have beautiful oven mitts, scrubbies and dish cloths and hanging hand towels in all colors. 100% of the proceeds from the sales of these items go directly to the Children Hospital Foundation.
