Chili

A good meal in one. Very healthy

chili
Ingredients: 

1lb ground chicken or turkey
2 leek
1cup broccoli
6 or8 mushrooms sliced
1 cup Brussels sprouts
1 can sodium reduced black beans
1can crushed tomatoes
Chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 tsp grape seed oil
1 package walden farms pancake syrup

Directions: 

sauté leeks and meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till cooked
